Mediterranean Poached Eggs in Chunky Spiced Tomato Sauce, romaine and tomato salad with Lemony Sesame Tahini Dressing, toasted rustic Italian bread
Thursday
Smitten Kitchen’s Meatball Subs with Caramelized Onions, Easy Oven-Roasted Green Beans tossed with balsamic vinegar
Wednesday
Mulligatawny Soup with Coconut Rice Pilau, naan (purchased frozen from Indian grocery store)
Thursday
Spaghetti al Limone, sautéed flat Italian green beans with garlic and tomatoes, rustic Italian bread
Friday
Burritos made with grassfed ground beef, Healthy Homemade Refried Beans, sour cream and grated Monterey Jack cheese, Chili Roasted Cauliflower
