Spicy Homemade Falafel, pita bread, romaine salad with tomatoes and Lemony Sesame Tahini Dressing
Tuesday
Thursday Night Herb-Roasted Chicken and Roasted Potatoes, broccoli sautéed with olive oil and garlic
Wednesday
Red and Yellow Dal with Cumin Potatoes, steamed basmati rice, sliced tomatoes with sprinkled with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh chopped cilantro, naan from Indian grocery store
Thursday
Spaghetti with Smitten Kitchen’s Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter, green beans sautéed with olive oil and garlic, rustic Italian bread
Friday
Kerala-Style Coconut Fish Curry, steamed basmati rice, naan from Indian grocery store
